I would really like to have a RS-232 two-way driver for the Theta Casblanca III HD.

All the codes including status is documented here: http://www.thetadigital.com/downloads/Theta%20Digital%20Casablanca%20III%20RS-232%20protocol.pdf

The status codes are listed from page 10. For me it would be plenty sufficient with statuses listed as level 1 and 2 (donīt need level 3 and 4 which also slows down the unit)

Is this something you could do?

If there's enough interest in it (to make it economically viable) and I had access to one to test against, then yes.

Finally a company who has made a RTI driver for the Casablanca, www.rti-d.com.

Works perfectly! Now I have feedback for volume, power, input etc. Also has graph data so volume is visible as bar.
