Development for the HAL CA6.2 has started.

I have all the basic commands working.  Just need to add volume feedback and as usual write documentation.

I'm looking forward to this one Matt, I've been using Hal amps for some years now and have 2 CA6.2 on order.

Iain

Make that 3 now.

Made a few changes to the driver:

1) Fixed the zone/source naming function.  There was a timeout that was causing a 3 second delay when calling these functions.
2) Increased zones to 12.
3) Increased sources to 10.
4) Added a mute toggle function.
5) Added an event for each zone powering on/off.
